For the past 25 years, I have conducted a Specialty Food brokerage business focusing on Deli perishables and Bakery lines in the Florida and Caribbean Export Markets. I was a pioneer in the Gourmet Housewares industry in the 80’s, launching many of the cookware lines that remain leaders today: Le Creuset All Clad, and Calphalon.
