Annie Hall founded her namesake Specialty Food Brokerage more than two decades ago. Her initial focus was on Deli perishables and Bakery lines in the Florida and Caribbean Export Markets. Her business burgeoned and soon evolved into being known for so much more. Annie Hall is highly regarded and respected by her peers and business partners.
I was a pioneer in the Gourmet Housewares industry in the 1980s, launching many of the major gourmet cookware lines that remain leaders today. Along with cookware, I introduced tabletop, cutlery, kitchen equipment, and electrics. As I followed the trends, I began selling gourmet ingredients, which were in high demand as the cooking industry exploded. I was a trailblazer there as well.
Representing hundreds of companies over the years has been my forte and passion. My strength has always been introducing new specialty products to both the Retail and Food Service segments. I had the opportunity to work across markets throughout my career, from the Northeast and Midwest to the Southwest and Southeast. I am skilled at understanding how these markets work, both in terms of similarities and critical differences.
I have recently reduced the lines I represent in order to offer consulting and support services to those who are new to the Specialty Food Industry. My vast experience and hands-on background over these many years has prepared me to mentor those in need of information and knowledgeable guidance.
